Shipping & delivery
Where do you ship from?
Every order ships from our Massachusetts studio, with care and attention to every detail
How long until my order ships?
1 to 2 business days to carefully prepare your one-of-a-kind piece for shipment.
How long does delivery take?
Domestic: 3 to 5 business days via USPS or UPS, with tracking provided.
International: 7 to 14 business days via USPS International or DHL. Customers are responsible for any customs duties.
Returns & care
What's your return policy?
Because every piece is made once, returns are only accepted for items damaged in transit. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details, and our team will review it. Approved returns receive a replacement, if one is available, or store credit.
Can I exchange for a different color or style?
No, since each piece is one of a kind, we're not able to offer style or color exchanges. Custom orders, final sale pieces, and gift cards are non-returnable.
How do I take care of my jewelry?
Each piece is made from polymer clay, resin, beads, and wire, finished with brass findings. To keep it looking its best, keep it dry, avoid direct contact with perfume or lotion, and store it flat when not in us
Why do pieces look slightly different from the photo?
Small differences in color and shape between pieces are part of being hand formed, not a flaw. It's proof the piece was actually made by hand.
Ordering & custom pieces
Do you take custom or made-to-order requests?
Yes, I'd love to hear your idea. Email ulahandmadejewelry@gmail.com with what you have in mind, and I'll let you know what's possible. Custom pieces are final sale
What if a piece I want is sold out?
Since everything is made once, sold out pieces won't come back in that exact design. The best way to catch new pieces early is to follow along on Instagram @ula_lk or join the email list.
